'You' or 'your' shall refer to the reader of this Privacy Policy in your capacity as a user of our site.

What information do we collect?

Our in-house algorithms are designed to record how you interact with our site, including things such as the colours you specify to match, the follow-through links you may click to the product page, and any Plans you save to your account. Besides that, we use cookies to gather more statistical information about your browsing behaviour on our site, including how much time you spend on our site and your engagement with the site. How do we use that information?

Collecting the information mentioned above is integral to our operation as a business. It allows us to better tailor your user experience on our site, ensuring that our tool remains beneficial for those who may use it in the future. The information we gather identifies trends in user behaviour, so we can better develop our site in line with your use of it.

What don't we collect?

Your data is held anonymously; there is no way to trace the data we save to any particular individual. If you make an account, your searches are saved to the credentials associated with the account, therefore making it traceable, but such is a necessity with the nature of accounts. Any images you submit to pick a colour from are not saved. They are displayed on the image once uploaded but are subsequently deleted once you leave the page.

Your rights over your data:

You always have the right to control the information we retain about your engagement on the site. If you submit a request via our contact form specifying who you are and the kind of data in question, we will happily erase it from our databases. In line with Freedom of Information legislation, we are obliged to provide you with all the information we retain about you on our databases.
